Catalogue Partner (12 month FTC)

Join our team at NHS Shared Business Services Integrated Procurement Services, where you will be instrumental in handling our clients' eCommerce catalogues across various systems. Your efforts will secure a smooth and efficient end-to-end Purchase to Pay process, contributing to our innovative approach to service management.

This role features a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to primarily work from home, with quarterly office visits for collaborative sessions. This is a fixed term contract role for the duration of 12 consecutive months.

What you'll be doing:

Ensuring that the service provided is professional, responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the customers, balanced against the need to deliver meaningful outputs that support the team and wider colleagues.Conducting quarterly reviews of client catalogues to guarantee accuracy, monitor usage and recommend enhancements that optimise value for our clients.Working closely with the Transactional Procurement team to eliminate any obstacles to placing new orders with suppliers.Proactively collaborating with Finance and Accounting colleagues to prevent issues and drive process improvements during the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.Taking the initiative to lead and report on your own workload, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision and efficiency.Handling client and supplier inquiries, including calls, to swiftly and accurately resolve any issues.

What you’ll bring:

Comfortable using IT systems, with skills in MS Office, CRM tools, and a confirmed understanding of Oracle.Ability to efficiently lead and respond to multiple requests from collaborators.Strong organisational skills, effective time management, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks and delivery.Good communication and social skills, enabling you to work well with team members at different levels, both internally and with external customers.Confidence in presenting information to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Salary: Up to £24,500 depending upon experience and development needs
