We will count on you to:

Manage complex quantitative analysis projects with assistance from project team members in order to calculate risk exposure and potential loss that may occur due to natural and man-made catastrophes, and to make risk-reducing/profitability recommendations to clients.

Review complex analyses completed by project team members involving catastrophe risk models and evaluate the resulting data sets in order to calculate the client’s risk exposure.

Manage client relationships, resolves complicated questions and challenges, and guides staff members in client interactions.

Work with senior staff to develop business by identifying potential areas of business growth, such as profitability analytics, in existing projects.

Prepare summaries, presentations and reports for complex client projects in order to summarize potential risks and loss results and to make recommendations to the client about how they can improve their portfolio.

Develop expert-level knowledge in certain region-based or peril-based areas of catastrophe risk management services through research or experience in order to advance professionally and gain recognition as an expert in the industry.

What you need to have:

Strong statistical background.

Experience with Python, R, emergent database technologies.

Experience with version control.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong skills in Microsoft technology (Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.).

Comfortable working and communicating in international teams.

Fluent English verbal and written.
