You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Category Management, where you will be expected to drive the goal of Category Management (Supply: Inventory purchase and distribution and Demand: pricing/campaign) in the Carsome Certified business vertical. The candidate will have to be equipped with strong business acumen and be analytical to analyse, design, recommend and lead the early implementation of a supply/sourcing and pricing strategy/framework.

Your Day - to - Day

Daily Operations Management: Coordinate and execute daily tasks to ensure seamless business operations, including monitoring inventory levels, minimizing aging stock, and tracking sales performance across all categories.Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking while ensuring timely replenishment. Track supply trends and analyze data to improve procurement, reduce lead times, and improve inventory turnoverDemand Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to analyse sales and operational trends to provide actionable insights for inventory, pricing, and revenue management.Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and implement process improvements for cost reduction and operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams on various initiatives to achieve company goalsData-Driven Decision Making: Develop dashboards and reports to support procurement, pricing, and distribution strategies.

You Know-How

• Min 2 years of working experience in commercial or business analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree is required with specialization in business, economics, mathematics and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen
• Proficiency with Excel and Gsheet is a must. Having the knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Power BI will be plus point
• Self-starter, ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and to prioritize workload and tight deadlines
