Category Brand Chief rol is responsible for the coordination and management of all daily activities of the operation. This includes implementing strategies and procedures to make them more efficient, providing guidance to your direct work team, supervising projects, managing resources and meeting delivery times.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of portfolio plans, consumer preference, promotion, communication, and brand experience.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's product portfolio and increase consumer preference.Oversee all promotional activities and communication efforts to effectively reach target audiences.Create a positive brand experience for consumers through trial and sampling initiatives.Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.Create and implement innovative brand/product concepts aligned with the company's values and objectives.Analyze sales and profitability data to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.Manage and support consumer research studies to gain insights and understand consumer behavior.Develop and execute comprehensive media plans, including ATL, BTL, Digital, and PR efforts.Monitor and assess market metrics such as share of market, numerical distribution, and penetration to identify growth opportunities and market trends.Drive brand positioning efforts to increase consumer preference, awareness, and consideration.Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to execute effective marketing campaigns.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities align with the company's brand values and image.Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
