Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **W** **hat** **You Will Do:** + _Developing, managing and executing the IPSD M block/head category strategy managing policies, agreements, source catalogs, and special procurement programs._ + _Manage about 80M annual spending to support IPSD M global operation in China, India, UK, USA and Brazil._ + _Recognizing the potential for cost decreases, inventory reductions and quality improvement, as well as responsibility for soundness of business proposals and risk assessment._ + _Acting as the liaison between the organization and the supplier to communicate information explicitly, while considering production demands and suppliers' conditions._ + _Accountable for the suppliers' performance on time sensitiveness and production; maintains a strong relationship with suppliers_ + _Develop and execute the commercial agreements with suppliers_ **What Skills You Will Have:** **_Data Analytics_** : _Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data;
