ROLE SUMMARY:As a Category Analyst on the Capabilities team, you will play a crucial role assisting in the execution of our Shelf Tech to enhance our retail account teams. Your responsibilities include providing expert guidance on all Space Planning related software and acting as a subject matter authority (SME) for the Ten Step Space Management Processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams in the Sales Organization, maintaining strong working relationships with partners to continually enhance our Category Capabilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILIITES:Support the Category Management function within the Sales department in implementing Space Planning Strategies to support retail account teams.Provide expertise and guidance to various levels of employees’ utilization of SPP related toolsAct as a Subject Matter Expert on standardized Space Management Processes related to planning and execution.Act as a key point of contact for all Anheuser-Busch Shelf Tech and maintain working relations with all partners to further improve our outstanding Category CapabilitiesPrepare and lead training sessions, workshops, and discovery sessions for our Shelf Tech with various levels of employeesAbility to manage multiple email accounts (Category Capabilities, primary account) in order to maintain day-to-day consulting request and ongoing projects and tasksJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Undergraduate degree in the field of Business, Data Science or any other equivalent degree.Experience in business, category management, retail execution or related field.Experience with reset planning and/or CPG industry experience.Experience in category management on the retail side a plus.Experience in Space Planning software a plus. 1yr+ experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.Experience with Shelf IQ, Space Planning Plus, DCT, and PMT a plus.Excellent analytic skills and the ability to work with large sets of data.Ability to collaborate with a wide range of professionals, strong oral and written communication skills, good judgment, time-management skills, and creativity.Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize.Flexible and capable of adapting to constantly evolving situations.Ability to follow established protocol and work independently or within a team.WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
