Our Category Development team determines our assortment of Private Brands products and works cross-functionally to bring those products to life and increase Private Brands penetration. As a Category Insights Manager you will drive Private Brand growth by analyzing product performance, uncovering insights, and making data-driven recommendations that align to Private Brands’ vision and goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive Private Brand growth by providing actionable insights for category leads and cross functional partners Analyze product performance, business data, and KPIs to identify opportunities and guide product development Build deep category and customer knowledge while monitoring competitors to deliver insights and recommendations Establish regular reporting for the Category team, senior leaders and partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and keep everyone informed for better decision making Investigate ad-hoc data questions, often with minimal direction or clarity Recommend marketplace assortment strategies leveraging sales and competitor data Contribute to category roadmaps and long-term strategies aligned with business goals Assist with the development of the annual budgetWhat you bring to the table:
