Key Responsibilities

Responsible for actively supporting the Category Management in defining a fitting supplier strategy.

Responsible for negotiation with suppliers to achieve best market conditions in the respective area of responsibility. 

Initiate the New Supplier Introduction Process 

Define the annual supplier list for own material groups which are reflected in the Category strategic

Actively influence the sourcing process during development phase through : 

Ensure in time implementation of correct data in the respective  IT systems 

Responsibility for monthly controlling and correction of local data and target achievement

Support re-design in cost reduction programs 

Drive improvement programs with suppliers 

Consolidate and reporting the business to respective 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in ecomomics/mechanics.

3 years of relevant experience,  2 years category experience. Familiar with machining or turning process.

Outstanding communication skill.

Passionate, seeking career development in purchasing.

Proactive attitude, teamwork player.

Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
