**Main responsabilities** **:**
-Initiating and implementing category management processes and developing category growth recommendations for clients
-Creating, implementing, and monitoring merchandising standards across all categories
-Analyzing market and customer data (including basic Power BI report-building skills) to identify BIC's growth potential and category opportunities within specific channels or customer.
-Conducting regular analysis of customer sell-out data
-Monitoring competitor activity
-Developing new display and merchandising initiatives to drive BIC product sales
-Preparing presentations for internal use and client meetings
-Supporting Route-to-Market processes at all stages, both short- and long-term
-Monitoring assortment structures, shelf share, and presence in promotional leaflets, and providing action-oriented recommendations
-Collaborating with Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives (including preparation of Business Reviews)
-Working with the Marketing team to operationalize marketing concepts for retail execution
-Partnering with the RGM team to support profitable business growth based on market data.
**Qualifications:**
-Experience in customer negotiations (related to the implementation of Category Management recommendations)
-Ability to build strong client relationships
-Understanding of the structure of Nielsen and CMR market panels and ability of working on the data
-Familiarity with planogram software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and popular large language models (AI tools)
-Strong analytical skills
-Ability to integrate data from multiple sources to identify category and BIC growth opportunities
-Results-oriented mindset
-Strong team player
-Proactive approach to initiating new processes
-Excellent presentation andcommunication skills
-Project management capabilities
