Position Overview International Procurement is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our Aftermarket Team. This role will oversee the management of Remanufacturing and Engine Component commodities. Key responsibilities include, leading strategic sourcing initiatives for both current and future programs, managing cost reduction projects and identifying value-driven opportunities, negotiating and administering supplier contracts, executing comprehensive commercial agreements, overseeing supplier performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position will collaborate closely with the Product and Pricing teams on aftermarket parts, including all-makes and remanufactured components. The role offers high visibility to senior leaders within International and with our external supplier partners. Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for new & current programs Cross functional collaboration Management of Cost Reduction projects Supplier contract negotiations and administration Supplier performance management Risk Management and Compliance Work closely with Global Sourcing Team on sourcing strategy Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
