**Job Description**
Are you a strong influencer in developing and executing optimal category strategy, product assortment, pricing, promotions and merchandising plans for new launch or ongoing expansion, performs detailed assessment of the category business and provides insights of sales, pricing and other growth opportunities?If so, Then this is the role for you!
**Core Responsibility:**
+ Responsible for creation and execution of a China Creative Sourcing Strategy, based on the internal business needs across stakeholder groups, and market trends & opportunities
+ Responsible for contributing to the development of the Global Category Sourcing Plan for Creative Advertising and Production, with a lens on China
+ Build, maintain and manage supplier base and supplier performance together with the relevant stakeholders
+ Responsible for the implementation of China Creative Advertising and Production Sourcing across all marketing Teams/categories; Contracting, negotiations, relationship building, and risk management together with the relevant stakeholders
+ Drive supplier integration process into early project phase within respective commodity and make sure suppliers insights are considered and embedded into product optimisation realisations
+ Engagement with stakeholders at a Senior level: proactively challenge the internal stakeholders and the marketing scopes, new industry trends and alternative opportunities (strong stakeholder management is key)
+ Drive the Innovations and Digitisation agenda within Creative services hand in hand with internal Stakeholder
+ Regular update of China market intelligence insights

The Sales & Marketing category covers all commercial activity involving Marketing services and marketing materials in support of both the PMD and Markets & Channels organisations.
This position will focus on the sourcing and procurement of creative advertising and production services in China. With a specific focus on driving procurement efficiencies, supplier consolidation across lines of business for the China Creative Supply Base.
**Focus areas include:**
+ Creating and execution of a China Creative Sourcing Strategy, inclusive of local and global suppliers, to feed into overall Global Creative Sourcing strategy
+ Responsible for China Creative sourcing activities and consolidation of supply base across Marketing BU’s
+ China BU stakeholder management and KPI execution, Strong collaboration with local teams
+ Partnering with Central Global Marketing and ensuring consistent Global and local approach
+ Responsible for educating local stakeholders on procurement policy including the Approved Sourcing Route, and the practical application of this in the China market
+ Support the global commercial strategy
+ Manage the China market by acting as the single point of contact (for procurement, legal and finance) to the business stakeholders
+ Best practices sharing in global category forums
+ Leading the development of a scalable and flexible local creative services supply base
+ Managing local RFI, RFQ and RFP processes
+ Conduct commercial negotiations and SRM meetings with local / regional suppliers
+ Supporting China Sales & Marketing Senior Manager with building and managing the China productivity pipeline, in collaboration with finance and relevant category representatives in SMP and other procurement categories
+ Supports other projects as needed within the Sales & Marketing procurement area (stretch projects)
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Min 5 to 7 years experience in Procurement or a relevant position within the industry with relevant category experience marketing materials
+ Relevant Degree required in Procurement is preferred, Supply Chain or another field related to the role or equivalent experience
+ Must be fluent in English with additional language capabilities are a plus
+ Previous experience in working in global organisations with remote management
+ Strategic thinker and collaborative person
+ Service minded person with strong focus on internal customer relations and processes
+ Advanced project and change management

+ Ability to work both independently and in teams
+ Proactive quality collaboration within project teams
+ Solid analytics skills with focus on bigger data
+ SAP/COUPA system knowledge
