You will:
Lead the category planning function in the market.Liaise with category marketing, customer marketing, and sales channel managers to develop the best execution strategies, ensuring alignment between category and customer needs.Be responsible for short-, mid-, and long-term category sales forecasting across channels and customers, including monitoring performance and identifying solutions for continued growth.Ensure new product contribution is maximized through an end-to-end process and continuous monitoring.Lead and coordinate the integrated business planning (IBP) process in conjunction with marketing and sales.Coach and develop team members to build capability in category developmentWhat you will bring
