Join our Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning team and further develop in an outstanding and inspiring multicultural environment.
The Category Sales Lead will develop category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling working across the Ukrainian market with new insights that can connect business and customer objectives within our Brands. This unique role will support and enable you to become the market channel/customer category expert who contributes to the Central Europe commercial model creation and adapts it to the local market dynamics.
With us you will:
· Become the market channel and customer category knowledge champion in your local market
· Deliver winning building blocks for a market/channel, including crafting strong plans for base and innovation
· Deliver Enhanced Business Planning process (EBP) and work with Selling teams for activation
· Figure out what is takes to grow the business and deliver winning in store standards and excellence
· Lead the trade plans execution to include a budget to cover Distribution, Shelving, Display and Promotion Plans
· Drive our net sales and brand market share

Job Qualifications
· Extensive selling experience is a must
· Previous KAM experience represents an advantage
· Highly developed analytical skills
· Used to working in multinational environment with different projects and decision makers and partners
· Ability to look for mutual agreement and excellent negotiating and selling skills
· Power of execution – understanding what is needed to build and implement the plan, how realistic it is, and predicting what might go wrong
· Objection handling and deal closing skills.
· Bachelor’s degree and driving license.
· Fluency in English and Ukrainian
