Your Work Matters
You won’t just be managing spreadsheets—you’ll be helping shape the products our customers see every day. As a Specialist Category (also known as Associate Buyer other places), you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to bring product strategies to life, drive sales, and make sure the right items are in the right place at the right time. Your Day Consists Of
Supporting the Senior Buyer in developing and executing category plans that align with company strategyManaging vendor relationships, product set-ups, POs, and promotional materialsMonitoring sales performance, planograms, and inventory flow for assigned categoriesTracking competitive assortments and helping adjust strategy accordinglyCommunicating with stores and cross-functional teams on product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional activitySupporting grand openings with purchasing, visual execution, and setup coordinationYou’ll Be Supported With

2+ years in merchandising, buying, planning, or inventory managementA sharp eye for detail and strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)A natural ability to stay organized and juggle moving parts with speed and clarityComfort in cross-functional collaboration, from store teams to external vendorsAn analytical mindset with a feel for both numbers and trendsConfidence in your communication—written, verbal, and visual

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
