Procurement Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support regional/global sourcing initiatives either under the leadership of a regional/global Category Manager or independently if under a defined threshold. Each day, you will purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the purchase activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will be mainly accountable for:1. Assist in developing and maintaining digital tools for the supply chain, enabling visualization of supplier quotations and material tracking;2. Support departmental category management, optimize category layout, and reduce supply risks;3. Supplier business coordination (inquiry and quotation, contract management, performance management)4. Support departmental process optimization and digital transformation

Qualifications for the role

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information management, economics, finance, supply chain management, electrical automation, or related fields;2. Familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc., and possess certain data processing abilities; 3. English can be used as a working language; 4. Self drive and sense of responsibility, result oriented;5. Good communication and coordination skills.6. Proficient in communication, cross departmental collaboration, and external business communication skills.7. Cost awareness.
