Procurement & Logistics Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support regional sourcing initiatives either under the leadership of a regional Category Manager or independently if under a defined threshold. Each day, you will estimate and purchase services, materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the purchase activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. The work model for the role is: hybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEstimation of services and materials according to the company requirements related to Panama and Colombia.•\tNegotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions.•\tRunning benchmark studies for the Category team and for specific sourcing initiatives.•\tCreating local contract amendments to frame agreements on behalf of a country and updates/maintains frame contracts.
Qualifications for the role\tMinimum 3 years of experience in related roles\tEducational background in: International business, Logistics (purchase and quotations), Admin-istration\tExperience in services estimation (insurance, materials, suppliers, etc)\tFluent English\tExperience with SAP ARIBA, SAP ERP, Excel
