Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the workstreams like contract execution, supplier base management for IM&S global suppliers. You will own the technology vendor relationships necessary to deliver on technology and business objectives. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSetup Governance around different IS Sourcing work streams like Supplier Registration/Qualification, Contract execution. Monitor and track milestones, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).•\tIdentifies appropriate relationships in conjunction with internal customers and vendors to drive proper alignment on business and operational topics.•\tIdentifies appropriate relationships in conjunction with internal customers and vendors to drive proper alignment on business and operational topics.•\tPrepare regular reports on contract status, fulfillment progress, and any issues or risks.•\tAssist in developing best practices for contract execution and fulfillment.

Qualifications for the role

\tFull time bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\t5-6 years of experience working in a large, global organization managing vendor relationship. Min 2 years of experience in Supplier onboarding and knowledge on supplier contracts.\tProficiency in tools like SAP Ariba, Abode e-sign, e-sourcing, Service Now, PBI and MS Office.\tStrong ability to communicate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements, expectations, and value measures.\tAbility to perform sourcing tasks independently and good analytical skills.
