Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Responsible for food preparation as assigned, along with displaying and dismantling of all catered functions and Doctors Lounges and back line functions. Responsible for restocking and ordering of all catering supplies. Preparation and cooking of foods for catering's, retail, Doctors Lounge area, and back line area. This position requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. **What you will do** + Responsible for the display and dismantle of all catered functions and Doctors Lounge as assigned. + Records temperatures of hot foods, refrigerators and freezers. + Assists with the collection and maintenance of other records as needed by the Quality Assurance Department, Joint Commission accreditation OSHA guidelines or as may be required by law. + Assists the front Bistro during peak periods including but not limited to cashier, barista, dishes, assisting customers, and food preparation. + Responsible for the cleaning and storage of various catering items including, but not limited to serving dishes, flatware, utensils, and pans. + Completes assigned daily cleaning schedule within department including, but not limited to individual work area, other equipment used, and storage areas Promptly informs appropriate individuals of any situation that might arise that would impact service. + Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate scripts developed for Food and Nutrition Services. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
