Catering Administrator | Middlemount | 5:2

This is a fulltime permanent role on a 5/2 Drive in / Drive out roster and is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support with a key focus in the areas of, rostering, staffing, food safety, stock control management, reporting and other administrative tasks related to the catering department. 

 Key Responsibilities:

Provide support work in stock control management, rostering and other administrative tasks related to the catering department for our QLD villages. To coordinate labour hire requirements, staffing roster and inductions, competencies training, as well as authorising and reconciling timesheets. Ordering of food products in line with Civeo systems, policies and procedures. Manage all kitchen administration and maintenance requests  To coordinate all food safety and HACCP documents and relevant system monitoring & compliance activities. Assist with monthly stock take reports, updating work instructions and completing wastage reports. Ensure satisfactory stock levels are always maintained and available to guests, whilst continuously seeking improvements in product lines and product quality.

 To be successful, you will have:

Demonstrated relevant work experience preferably from a commercial hospitality industry. Experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and Compliance - desirable Proficient in using Microsoft Office Knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in retail, bar, and restaurant operations Strong administrative skills with excellent time management & organisational abilities A great team player with experience in high volume, fast paced work environments Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role Valid Australian working rights  Remote work experience (highly regarded)
