If you have a passion for working with an excellent company that values their team and are looking for your next career move, look no further than this great opportunity! **Top reasons to work with Adecco.** + Payday every Friday + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + An opportunity to get hired on permanent with our client + Assigned your very own onboarding specialist **Job Details** + Location: Remote in San Francisco & Bay area + Pay: $36.67/hr + Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM and/or 9AM to 6PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Concierge order experience (EOQ: ~25 orders per week per person) + Build catering orders for external approval. + Place orders and support order adjustments. + Merchant order management and rapid acquisition (EOQ: ~15 orders per week per person). + Coordinate orders with merchants that fall outside the scope of our existing product. + Work with other teams to ensure orders meet the client’s needs (e.g. enough food). + Enable catering orders from merchants not previously onboarded into our LO program Delivery Support (EOQ: ~5 orders per week per person). + Client facing representative of the company and accompany our on-field team to high stakes orders and ensure things go smoothly. + Provide support above and beyond the scope of dashers (e.g. purchase utensils last minute). **Qualifications:** + Client facing experience (restaurant, catering, or account management experience is a plus). + Ability to solve problems on the fly and get to a desired outcome. + Strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and a bias towards action. + Strong written and communication skills. + Detail oriented with an eye for design (e.g. order set up and menu presentation).
