The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring a Seasonal Catering Events Coordinator to join the team at Progressive Field for baseball season 2025 in Cleveland, Ohio. Progressive Field is looking for individuals who can help create special moments for guests when they visit Progressive Field.
Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994. The 35,041-seat venue is home to Major League Baseball’s Cleveland Guardians.

What will you do? Partner closely with clients, guests, catering manager, and catering staff to produce exceptional events that exceed guest expectations, drive referrals, and build positive brand awareness Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of product and service throughout Organize necessary banquet, kitchen, and service staff and arrangements for each event Oversee and direct daily event staff to ensure timely set up and proper execution of all events. Document and review all records for catering events and analyze what can be done to improve event execution; build an excellent track record of maintaining budgetary allotments and exceeding guests’ expectations More about you Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum three years of catering event experience in a stadium or other large venue is preferredExperience in inventory and cost control, scheduling
Excellent customer service orientation, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and evenings Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with constant bending and other repetitive motions Ability to stand for extended periods including outdoors in all weather Shift details
