Catering Coordinator - Louisville Campus (Monday-Friday)

Supporting our colleagues through planning and execution of catered meetings, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences." -Hiring Manager **Meaningful Work From Day One:** The Louisville Campus Catering Coordinator will work closely with B-F employees to ensure meeting spaces are prepared to the requested specifications and food and beverage orders are submitted with accuracy and in a timely manner. Overseeing accurate setup and breakdown of catered events to guarantee service standards are exceeded. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to the success of this role. **What You Can Expect:** ● Meet and work with colleagues to assist in planning internal meetings that require special room set up and/or catering services. ● Performs accuracy checks for catered meetings and events, identifies and resolves inaccuracies ● Processes BEOs into catering checklists on a weekly basis and prepares completed catering paperwork for billing. ● Excels in performing all service team tasks, including dining room attendant, bartender, and catering attendant. ● Employs knowledge of industry health and safety regulations to lead the team in maintaining standards and ensure that the dining area meets company expectations for cleanliness and neatness. ● Maintains fast, accurate service ensuring excellent customer experience, and makes sure all services are consistent with company standards. ● Assists in planning and executing featured cocktails for BSC and catered events.. ● Monitors par levels, assists with ordering of supplies and stocks beverages for ELT offices. ● Oversee alcoholic beverage inventory, reporting to supervisor discrepancies and deficiencies. **What You Bring to the Table:** ● 1-2 years experience in a hospitality/customer service role. ● ServSafe certification (or equivalent). ● Valid Server Training in Alcohol Regulations (STAR) Certification. ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and events at once. ● Computer skills - must be familiar with Google Suite in order to work on various inventory sheets, digital menu slides, menus, and general communication. ● Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. ● Ability to complete work with speed and accuracy. ● Able to project a positive, confident image to guests and hospitality team members. **What Makes You Unique:** ● Experience as banquet or catering lead ● Experience creating and executing banquet event orders ● Experience in meeting planning **Who We Are:** We believe great people build great brands.
