Job Descriptions Key Responsibilities
Some job descriptions for the position are shared below :

Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers in defined geographic region.Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies.To develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients.Maintain communication/relationship with WSO network for specific assigned region, as well as other FS hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal.To respond to all emails, telephone and walk in inquiries regarding weddings.To prepare a monthly booking reportTo achieve yearly personal banquet sales revenue goals and assigned MBOs.Drive room revenue with guests rooms blocks of over 6 rooms per night.To be fully versed in all banquet space, facilities, and capabilities of competitive market.To maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all enquiries and referrals with a weekly report on the effort.To coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and F & B to ensure proper utilization of space to yield maximum revenues.
