What will you do?Respond to inquiries and providing information about catering servicesMeet with potential clients to understand their event needs and budgetPrepare and sending proposals, contracts, and event ordersFollow up with clients to confirm details and close salesMaintain strong relationships with repeat clients and generating new businessCoordinate menu selections, event logistics, and special requests with clientsCommunicate event details to the culinary and service teamsEnsure all events comply with company policies, health regulations, and client expectationsAssist in scheduling and staffing for catered eventsManage bookings, contracts, and depositsKeeping track of event costs and ensuring billing accuracyUpdate and maintain customer databases and sales recordsPrepare reports on sales performance and event feedbackAct as liaison with vendors, venues, and other service providersEnsure seamless coordination between sales, kitchen, and service teamsTroubleshoot any last-minute issues that arise during eventsOther duties as assigned by management

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldMinimum of 1 year of sales, administrative, or coordinator experience requiredAbility to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and eveningsProficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word and ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical requirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
