The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Servers to join our catering team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your exceptional service skills take guests to their favourite culinary destination.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesnt include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do? Set up tables following banquet event orders Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures Break down the event according to company procedures More about you Experience in cash handling and credit card processing Beneficial if you have one years experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment Physical requirements Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks Shift details
