Among the key duties of the position are the following: Operates within Rutgers University Dining Services’ Catering team. Ensures exemplary guest service through all forms of service including carving stations, bartending, running food during events, etc. Replenishes products and supplies in compliance with event standards. Ensures events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, and returning equipment to designated storage areas in compliance with event standards and instructions. Provides support to present a clean and safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Status Hours Per Week 10-20 based on number of events Daily Work Shift Rotating Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
