What will you do? Supervises and coordinates Catering staff, including training and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed Creates a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering professional and courteous service and maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe area Receives and facilitates any catering guests and attendants requests and orders. Analyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Catering Management Team Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to complete financial transactions and answer guests questions effectively. Ensures all game day food and beverage orders arrive on time and quickly addresses discrepancies in the appropriate area. Responsible for performing end-of-month inventory for catering dept. More about you A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high-volume environment is required. Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system is required. Excellent guest service skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of events Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed Shift detailsDay shift
