The Catholic Supervisor of Spiritual Care supports the Manager/Director in a supervisory capacity while managing the department's team member needs including annual TM appraisals, hiring, coaching and counseling process, and addressing patient concerns. This role supports St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.
Responsibilities:
Implements and follows regulatory requirements pertinent to this department.Promotes and supports BayCare strategic directions and goals. Assists and collaborates with Nursing, Palliative Care, Physicians, Care Coordination, and Ethics Department to proactively ensure that the spiritual needs of patients are advocated for and met throughout the BayCare system.Develops the talents and abilities of team members through mentoring, training, and educational opportunities.Delegates and hold team members responsible to meet organizational needs, customer service, and/or BayCare Values.The supervisor also provides spiritual support and care to patients and team members.Qualifications:
