Position: CBAM Trainee

Duration: Fixed term for 6 months with potential contract renewal

Starting date: flexible

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid)

 

Competencies/Skills:

- Linux configuration and scripting skills with the ability to run/configure applications on Linux

- Experience in some scripting language (like Bash, Python or Perl)

- Understanding and some hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies

- Knowledge of Jenkins based CI/CD environment

- Basic understanding of IP networking fundamentals
 

YOU WILL TAKE PART IN: 

The development activities of Nokia CloudBand Application Manager Server. Your role is important to support the development of features in CBAM that will serve our customers in the best possible way.

As a DevOps trainee your job is to:

- Carry out basic, repetitive, manual tasks that are described in detail and conducted under close supervision.

- Mitigate software vulnerabilities by integrating new versions of opensource components

- Take part in testing and verification.

- Participate in the teamwork following Agile/Scrum practices: You will estimate work amounts in own area, participate in detail work planning’s, and develop the tasks as a result of these. 

- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and environments

- Cooperate with other Nokia teams worldwide on a daily basis
