Our Client & Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practices, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
About the role
This role will be responsible for developing, executing and managing branch CBE strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target, including but not limited:Maintain and develop business relation with brokers/domestic insurers/in-house broker and other related business partners, such as major clients and associationInitiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with PC’s growth strategy, do product promotion with PCsUnderstand the company’s operation procedure and ensure the CBE operation appropriately align with complianceCompany channel portfolio and market analysis and update insurers and insurance brokers market infoTo control expense to ensure operation with limitsOther duties as instructed by CHO distribution head and branch general managerWhat you’ll need to succeed
Knowledge of commercial insurance distribution and different distribution methodsProven relationship management skills and a track record of achieving exceptional sales resultsProven ability in developing and executing sales and distribution plansStrong commercial skills in analysing; planning; strategy; key relationships; and performance managementFluent in both spoken and written EnglishAwareness of legal and compliance issuesReady to prove your potential?
