The Homeland Group is looking for TOP SECRET-cleared Senior Intelligence Analysts with demonstrated experience supporting CBP’s National Targeting Center. The Senior Intelligence Analyst will help lead a team of Targeting Analysts supporting CBP’s efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States. Candidates Should Have: + Extensive experience supporting targeting, especially for law enforcement support. + Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strong preferred. + Deep familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX. + Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis. + Experience supervising more junior analysts, including review of draft intelligence products. + Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies. + Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir. + Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred. Required/Preferred: + A minimum of 10 years’ experience in intelligence working issues directly applicable to the NTC mission set and/or in targeting roles specifically. + Experience supporting targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entity. + At least a Bachelor’s Degree. + Active TS/SCI. + Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
