Target Range:
$23.00/hr. - $26.44/hr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job
The CBTM Product & Operations Analyst will develop business requirements and use cases based on inputs from business operations and product team in Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of treasury management operations and commercial banking products.Responsibilities:
Produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, workflow charts and diagrams, UAT plans)Work with Product Owner to document and maintain the Product Backlog (user stories and grooming) for each assigned project. Participate in sprint planning and other project activities required by Agile software development methodologySupport in the development and execution of UAT plans for assigned projectsSupport cross-functional teams on projects and ad hoc analyses for business strategies and company KPIsQualifications:
