Job Summary:

The Advertiser Client Services (ACS) Campaign Coordinator’s primary function is to coordinate client’s artwork into the airport advertising displays. To reach their goals, the ACS Campaign Coordinator functions in a customer service role providing specifications and details to clients to successfully execute advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall coordination and execution of clients advertising campaignsAct as liaison between the client who has signed a contract to advertise with our company in an airport and the graphic house that is producing the artwork to ensure a timely and accurate campaign executionWork closely with Sales/Account Executives, Project/Property Managers, preferred vendors, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaignsAct as client’s first point of contact to establish timelines, content, next steps and client responsibilities through the term of their campaignSend all specifications to both client and graphic houses (if applicable) for contracted locationsAdvise client on suitable content to ensure maximum advertising effectivenessFacilitate installation of artwork within 1 week of client contract start date. This is achieved through phone calls and emails, coordinating internal and external effortsAssist existing clients with artwork reproduction or change-outs through life of contract termWork with airport for content approvalsEnter client and graphics information into systemAlert on-site service representative of pending installation – obtain proof of performance photos for National clients in timely mannerMaintain program appearance with current advertiser artwork or good quality filler artworkAudit of airport program with operations team following a trip to market and on a quarterly basisReview specs to ensure accuracy of programManage the process of removing client graphics and content at the end of their contract termPerform other duties as assigned or requested

Job Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred.

Work Experience

1-3 years or more related work experience

Skills

Must have ability to learn and use company and customer systemComputer experience including good working knowledge with Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and emailTyping skills necessary
