CCNA - Country Distribution Manager, Algeria & Tunisia
Job Purpose and Summary

- Set sales budget by country by product category.

- Customize company MTP into the country MTP.

- Lead market analysis by product category.

- Coordinate with PM & BDM in country activities & campaigns.

- Report partner sales, inventory & forecasts.

- Report market assessments & competitor updates.

- Drive market expansion by product by region.

- Generate sales and revenue.

- Report sales, inventory & purchases.

- Monthly performances analysis with distributors & channel Partners.

- Manage in country partner business aspects.

- Coordinate internally marketing & activities for in country execution.

- Drive all sell in activities ordering, payment, invoicing.

- Lead channel account managers for sell on & sell out

- Build strong relationship with all stakeholders internal & external.

What we ask

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Excellent Negotiation skills.

- Ability to collaborate internally with colleagues & externally with clients & partners.

- Minimum 5 Years of regional experience in similar industry.

- Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level).

- Fluency in written and spoken English and French is a must.

- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
