This is a remote - temporary role not to exceed 7 weeks.
The CCP GN&C Oversight Engineer will\:

Typically requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering and may be expected to have a related master's or higher degree and normally possess 15 years of related experience Experience with safety critical human rated GN&C flight systems requirements Understanding of entry, descent, landing GN&C principles Knowledge of human rated space vehicle development and operations Experience with the development of space systems requirements and documents Knowledge of GNC algorithms and analyzing system performance for spacecraft Familiar with Commercial Crew Program and ISS interfaces, interactions, and operations Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment consisting of NASA civil servants and various contractor employeesRequisition Preferences\:
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering and normally possess 15 years of related experience Software project management experience Experience developing GN&C Flight Software Requirements Experience in the following flight software specialty areas\: Software process and procedure development Software Integration and Build Management Experience with Safety and flight critical embedded software development

Attendance
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
