CCS Service Community Expert (m/f/d)

Would you like to join our team at Allianz Technology Spain as a Community Expert and shape the future of Allianz Customer Service on a global level with us?

In our service team we do this with two core application: CCS and CAI. CCS stands for Contact Center Solutions. It is at the same time a team and our signature application. CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence. In the future, both services will be delivered from cloud platforms.

While CAI will design deliver and run VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide based on Artificial Intelligence the CCS Cloud will deliver all tools for supervisor and agents to take customer calls with classical automation. Both services are delivered as Allianz group standard platforms. Both services currently building  global expert groups driving design, implementation and operations of the environment.

As a Service Community Expert you will be responsible for servant leadership within the CCS service teams. Based in Spain you will be working closely with our global team (Spain, Germany, Austria, India). You will ensure that all communication requirement of the teams such as maintenance of OE master details, internal ,external communications are managed from your end. Also in your role support will be extended to onboard or offboard resources into the team Globally and also manage the accounts based on the needs and support teams in managing local events/workshops end to end

 

You Will

 CAI and cloud communication on connect and DXID (success stories, articles publishing, documentation and reports to stakeholder) Organizing team building activities/events/summits/vendor Jour fix/Ted Talks Local onboard/offboard, induction support , confluence updates CCS workplace tool support and audit (JMP,SharePoint,SNOW) Training, upskilling drives in Contact Centre and CAI- establishment of CCS Knowledge center Drive Service improvement initiatives within CAI and Cloud

 

Your Skills

University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualification. Minimum 4 years of work experience ins PMO/communication management Good problem solving skills and well organized. Strong intercultural skills to be able to work in an international environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, coaching and conflict management. Supporter of servant leadership. Enthusiast of innovation and continual improvements. Full proficiency in English; further languages would be a plus.
