Overview We are seeking aCritical Care Unit Registered Nurse (Days),A critical care unit (CCU) or intensive care unit (ICU) nurse provides highly specialized care to patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries, requiring intensive monitoring and support. They are responsible for a wide range of duties, including assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, operating life support equipment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality. Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: + Current and valid state RN License. + Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. + Completion of Critical Care Course preferred. + Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. + Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred. + Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
