Background & Main Job Purpose
As Customer Development Excellence Lead, you will drive commercial excellence in two core operating functions, the UFS Customer Operations team and the development of advanced technology and reporting tools tailored to the needs of the Food Solutions Digital Selling agenda. Collaborating with the UFS Sales Team, you will be enabling data-driven decisions that support agile and sustainable growth in a dynamic market while ensuring operational excellence in our daily operations. You will oversee cross-functional alignment, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and business impact. Acting as strategic advisor, you will embed a culture of excellence and ensure UFS maintains a competitive edge in the industry.
Reports to Head of Country UFS Greece & Cyprus.
Main Accountabilities
Actively participates in projects to improve customer service.Leads the S&OP process in a cross functional environment to secure excellent customer service by leveraging Data.Lead the overall Digital Selling Agenda and implement global best practices at local level whilst ensuring support for local cross functional team members in Marketing and Sales.Lead the management and analysis sell-out data from key retailers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of actionable insights to the sales team.Strategically support the sales team by developing and maintaining robust reporting frameworks that enable data- driven decision- making and align with UFS business objectives.Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for advanced report automation, ensuring efficiency and continuity.Oversee data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions between systems while safeguarding data integrity and continuity.Proactively address reporting challenges, leading cross- functional problem-solving initiatives to deliver fast and effective resolutions.Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering.Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering is an asset.5 years of experience in a similar role or finance analytics position.Management experience of at least 2-3 years, demonstrating the ability to oversee teams and collaborate strategically.2-3 years of practical experience with Azure (Databricks), Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python.Fluency in both Greek and English.Rewards & Benefits
