Hermès Suisse SA is recruiting a Level 1 and 2 IT support technician to assist employees in Switzerland and Poland based in Zürich.
Your role will be to resolve problems by telephone, remote access and on site (travel required) and deploy new devices, create user accounts and assist with local projects.
Responsibilities
- Resolve user issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide an excellent level of support and communication
- Escalate problems to level 3 if necessary
- Maintain ITSM
- Participate in hardware inventory tracking
- Manage user arrivals and departures
- Create a database with current problem resolutions
- Configure and deploy new end-user equipment (laptop, IPhone, printers, etc.).
- Assist with project deployments
Experience
Good knowledge and experience in the following areas
- Windows 10 / 11
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP networking / WiFi
- iPhone and MDM
- Cybersecurity awareness
You must have..:
- 1 year experience in IT support
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Methodical and practical approach to problem solving
- Willing and autonomous
Languages
- German, English
- French or Italian would be a plus
