DETAILED MISSIONS

1 - Flow and stock 
- Constantly ensure correspondence between physical and computerized inventory.
- Manage all internal and external goods flows, ensuring that computerized movements correspond
- Organize and develop the organization of local stocks
- Organize annual and rotating inventories: plan these inventories, ensure their preparation and smooth running, search for items in the event of inventory discrepancies.

2 - Customer service
- Handle sales administration, distance selling, payment management
- Formulate export CITES requests
- Manage customer orders and reservations
- Act as in-store contact point for CRM and customer relations center
- Act as a relay for in-store after-sales service

3 - Business control and administration
- Act as the point of reference for the store's cash operations: prepare cash registers in the morning, check and validate daily cash closures, prepare reports for the Finance Department.
- Train new employees in the use of the cash register and all related procedures, and ensure compliance with procedures by the entire store team.
- Participate in schedule management
- Manage general purchasing 
- Ensure maintenance follow-up for the store
