CDI - Retail Supply-Chain Transformation Specialist (H/F)

As a Supply-Chain Transformation Specialist, you'll play a role in a large-scale project aimed at improving the performance of Hermès Retail supply chain and Store Operations through the implementation of the Supply-Chain Core Model. More specifically, you will be involved in the Logistics Core Model transformation in collaboration with Hermes Local Logistics teams and their Local Distribution Centers Third Party Logistics (3PL) partners.

You are committed to understanding the challenges of ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You are enthusiastic about supporting the company's digital transformation efforts.

You are eager to capture the impacts of change on people, processes, tools, and the organization. You will propose methods to easily understand and adopt the new vocabulary, processes, and tools, facilitating a smooth transformation.

Your expertise and enthusiasm for developing and delivering transformation methodologies and instructional design will be crucial in ensuring the adoption of new processes and systems at both central and local levels.

To be prepared for this challenge, prior experience in supply chain management is essential, including areas such as warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Additionally, experience with IT systems related to logistics, such as Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects, would be highly beneficial.

This position may require travels abroad.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management – Assessing and support.

Explain target processes and update impact assessments on existing processes, responsibilities, or functionalities during the deployment phase and for specific change requests. Document existing process challenges to align with Core Model. Support Business Experts in their domain, ensuring a robust change approach. Support the change management plan, ensuring a successful deployment approach that helps stakeholders to understand and to communicate easily.

Change Management - Adoption & Training

Assist in designing the change strategy, utilizing process books, user training paths, and deployment strategies. Participate in training design framing and review workshops, acting as the link between business and IT teams. Design and develop change and training materials (presentations, online tutorials) and provide inputs to ensure content is relevant, practical, and aligned with end-users’ roles and responsibilities in Hermès Logistics teams and 3PLs. Conduct engaging change and training sessions, workshops, and sessions for key-users and end-users in Hermès Logistics teams and 3PLs.

Involvement in Testing Phases

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by supporting test scenarios execution and providing feedback to ensure the new processes and systems meet business requirements.

Change Management – Monitoring and Optimization:

Contribute to continuous improvement program aimed at enhancing logistics excellence at local level. Detect areas for enhancement and revise training materials as necessary to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.

 

Profile Requirements:

Fluent in English (C1 level). Familiarity with supply chain concepts, processes, and systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably on international supply chain, IT implementation or consulting. Strong skills to make knowledge transfer (understanding the subjects and explaining them) Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT systems such as ERP or WMS.
