CDL A Delivery Truck Driver - Nights

Drivers in this position will make a minimum of $27.00/hour + incentive and the average associate in this position earns $100,000.00 annually while our top performers make about $110,000.00.

\n

This position is responsible for driving trucks over established routes to safely and efficiently deliver products and render services.

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nLoading and/or unloading products at various locations primarily within a specific geographic territory and will usually be completed within that shift.\nDelivering such items as perishable foods, tabletop items, special equipment, and frozen foods.\nInforming customers of new products or services and issuing sales promotion materials and resolving customer complaints\nRecording information on daily sales/delivery records and obtaining customer signatures upon pickup/delivery\nComplying with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.\nPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs \nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nMust have Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor-trailer operation\nMust have a good driving record for the past 39 months\nOne or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience\nMust be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays\n\n

Physical Demands:

\n\nRegularly standing and walking\nReaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.\nSitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling\nRegularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds\nFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds\nOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.\n\n

Visual Requirements:

\n\nClose, distance, color and peripheral vision\nDepth perception\nAbility to adjust focus\n\n
