Are you an experienced CDL A driver who enjoys traveling the state of Virginia? Have you operated heavy equipment? Vermeer All Roads in Ashland, VA is searching for a CDL A truck driver/general laborer/tech assistant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for transporting Vermeer equipment, assisting technicians/mechanics, and organizing equipment on the lot. This is a full time, benefits eligible position with a competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities include:

Observe and follow safety procedures and DOT regulationsSecure equipment safely onto the trailerOperate equipment and move throughout the yardRemain alert while operating the vehicleMaintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulationsCommunicate effectively with employees and customersAll other duties as assigned.
