High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate required CDL-A License required Interstate License required Ability to drive manual transmission preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day
