Responsibilities:
-Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
-Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
-Secure vehicles properly to the tow truck using appropriate equipment
-Assess and document the condition of vehicles before and after towing
-Provide roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts
-Maintain accurate records of services provided and completed paperwork
-Follow safety procedures and traffic laws at all times
-Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
-Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tow trucks and equipment
