This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to support various data-related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is curious minded, has strong background in data management, excellent leadership skills, and has the ability to drive multiple internal projects to closure. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage the CDM Data Custodians team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. + Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and relevance of data within the CDM. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and support ongoing projects involving CDM application. + Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. + Monitor and report on data quality metrics and performance. + Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies. + Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in data management. + Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and practices. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. **Desired Qualifications:** + Degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field. + Oracle Cloud(Fusion) experience + Proven experience in leading and managing teams. + Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in data management tools and software. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
