Have you ever ordered a product on Amazon websites and when the box arrived wondered how you got it just as promised, what it cost Amazon, and what kinds of systems & processes must be running behind the scenes to power the whole operation? You'll serve as the voice of our vendors internally, collecting operational feedback, and contributing to vendor experience improvement. The role's primary metrics include assessment submission rate, assessment completion rate, and average assessment cycle time. Success in this role means achieving timely vendor assessments completion while maintaining high-quality security standards, ultimately protecting customer data while enabling vendor growth on the DF platform.
