We are currently looking for an **CDSD Ops Finance CS Manager** to join our Finance Team in Manila. **Key Responsibilities:** • Oversees team's daily activity including allocation and workload management triage. Ensures adequate communication of processes between analysts and operations staff. Trains analysts on procedures as required. • Review reports for accuracy and ensures reporting targets are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most effective financial processes and resolve queries and issues. • Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, skills assessment, identification of training gaps, performance management, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations. • Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime. • Successfully implements policies, processes, and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant formal academic qualification. A professional accounting qualification - ACCA/ CPA / CIMA or equivalent will be an advantage. • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 3 years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience. 1+ year of leadership responsibility • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of providing outstanding financial insights. • Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate with teams with varied strengths. • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team. • Proficiency in financial software and systems. **Join Us** At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we value diverse perspectives and are committed to crafting an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
