Job Title: CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 2 Location: San Antonio, TX Pay Range: $30/hr. - $35/hr. Shift Schedule: Day Shift A 12-hrs rotating shifts, (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue) ** OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification is required ** Our client is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 2 - to join their team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer, you will be part of the supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability, ensuring smooth facility operations. What’s the Job? • Perform daily operational readings of electrical equipment, including temperatures, voltages, and currents. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for planned critical environment work activities. • Conduct preventive maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, control panels, and batteries. • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing instrument sensors and performing calibration. • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and compliance with physical security procedures. What’s Needed? • 3+ years of experience in technical fields such as electrical, controls, or data centers. • Experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, oil and gas refineries, manufacturing). • Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code; previous data center experience is a plus. • OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification is required. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, and varied workweeks. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). Preferred Qualifications: • Qualified Electrical Worker certification.
