The System Engineer is responsible to service managed service customers, both onsite and remotely.

The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in a variety of hardware and software. He/she should be expert in network infrastructure technologies and IP network design and be a general expert in various Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Desktop Operating systems (which is related to date of joining and up-to-date with industry standards), messaging and collaboration systems, and database systems.
In addition he/she should be able to quickly adapt to different situations and working environments and must also be able to identify issues and work independently.
What we ask
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or the equivalent) 5 or more years of experience in related IT position (consulting experience a plus)Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the IT industry’s concepts, practices and proceduresAdvanced knowledge of and experience with MS Windows 2003 and higher platformExperience with Active Directory and Windows System Administration.Experience with print management solutions/Document Management Systems implementations is a mustExperience with messaging and collaboration systems such as Exchange and SharePoint is a must.Strong knowledge of Networking technologies such as TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and SNMPExperience with Windows Virtualization using VMWare ESX and Hyper-v including deployment and administrationStrong familiarity with Storage Area Network subsystems.Specialized certifications or equivalent experience associated with assigned computer systems, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Network+, is a mustStrong experience is proactive Batch management and system upgradesExperience with backup and restore policies and procedures.Strong analytical skills and detail orientation and strong ability to communicate status or projects and system issues to helpdesk and other engineersFluency in written and spoken English essential, knowledge of Arabic preferable.
